When my client Switchboard merged with digital consulting agency Hearken, I got an opportunity to once again flex the Switchboard brand I’d nurtured and adapt its use for a new chapter.

Initially, the sales team brought me onboard to develop a customer engagement Google Slides presentation. For this, I employed dozens of ways to visualize Hearken’s data and utilize infographics to present a compelling story.

I also designed a series of printed project guides and case studies, each highlighting a Hearken client success story. Throughout this fast-paced project, I transformed my client’s complex data into clear, concise infographics.
